Our Mission

Our mission is to positively impact the development of young children in our community by providing soccer and life-enriching opportunities to young players and playing abilities, to create a lifelong passion for the sport of soccer, and to help raise the level of soccer in our city, our state, and our nation. We strive to play an active role in the personal growth of our players. Our goal as a dream team is to encourage, inspire, and empower each player to be able to reach the highest level possible within the game and in life while helping create leaders and individuals that will inspire others to do the same.

Who We Are

Ingabo Dream Team Academy originated from a passionate vision to cultivate a nurturing haven for young minds to flourish through soccer. In early 2021, a dialogue among parents revealed the dearth of structured soccer programs for their children. From this conversation, a dream took root—where kids could experience the joys of playing, friendship, and life lessons intertwined. With a school field secured after persuasive presentations, coaching sessions commenced, gradually expanding as the community recognized the value. Over time, the impact became evident as soccer skills evolved alongside lessons in teamwork, discipline, and resilience, fostering a close-knit community that transformed empty fields into vibrant, laughter-filled arenas.
